Half Training Day 1

Today was my first day back to running. I started off slow and steady...ran 2 miles. 1st mile=10 mins and 2nd mile=9 mins. My goal is to finish the San Jose Rock and Roll Half Marathon in 2 hours and 30 mins. I am sure I can do that!

I have a great running support group and a running journal that will help me stay on track.

I am PUMPED!!!

Can someone help me find it?

Overheard some co-workers talking about it all week but didn't have time to ask so I thought I would post it here to see if someone could help me out.

Seems to be getting alot of buzz right now.
